parking and late start!

First of all, the event was not well organized. When tickets are purchased, there should be options or notices for nearby parking. We went around and around in circles like many other guests trying to find parking. A few were nearby but not operating! At last, a parking was opened but no signs or a banner to indicate where to park! Most of the guests are not familiar with the area. We drove from Fremont and it was easy to find the venue but not parking. Second: Unorganized for standing in line to check ID with vaccine card. There were two long lines but hard to find where it started. Employees, one would say one thing and the other something different when asked where the end of the line was. Box Office person said, the entrance was only for Gold or VIP; however, the person in charge was admitting anyone. Not well organized event! The event started at 8:30pm instead of the advertised time of 8pm. No elevator at the venue, a lot of elderly people were hesitated while walking up the stairs. For a venue this size, not enough restrooms, plus these are hidden, uncomfortable venue. The seats have minimal space, no enough room for the legs. Signs saying it was prohibited to take pictures or record the event; however, 80% of people were recording and blocking visibility to the ones seating behind. Too many people standing and blocking the view, not fair for the rest of us. First and last time attending an event in Oakland. Never, never again!
